This Usage Policy ("Policy") describes how the PyCore platform and its AI-powered features may and may not be used. It applies to everyone who accesses PyCore, including end users, administrators, and integrators. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
1. Principles
PyCore is built to help businesses automate customer engagement responsibly. We expect customers to use the platform in ways that are lawful, respectful of user privacy, and aligned with the trust users place in the businesses they interact with.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PyCore to:
- Violate laws or regulations, including anti-spam, consumer protection, data protection, telecom, and export-control laws.
- Send unsolicited messages or messages that violate the policies of upstream channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, email provider acceptable-use policies).
- Harass, defraud, or deceive recipients, including phishing, scams, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity.
- Distribute harmful content, including malware, ransomware, viruses, or links to compromised resources.
- Target protected groups with discriminatory, hateful, or harassing communications.
- Promote regulated content unlawfully, such as illegal drugs, weapons, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
- Process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, biometric data) without the legal basis and safeguards required by applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
3. Messaging and Consent
When using PyCore to send messages over WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, or any other channel, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have obtained valid consent from each recipient where required by law or the channel's policies.
- You honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain suppression lists.
- Message content is accurate, identifies the sender, and matches the intent of the consent given.
- You comply with template approval, rate, and quality requirements set by channel providers.
4. AI and Automated Responses
PyCore's AI features generate responses based on configured instructions, knowledge sources, and conversation context. You agree to:
- Review and configure your bots before deploying them to real users.
- Disclose to end users, where appropriate, that they are interacting with an automated system.
- Avoid using AI outputs to make high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial) without human review and qualified oversight.
- Not present AI-generated content as advice from a licensed professional unless a licensed professional has reviewed it.
5. Data Handling
You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of any data you upload, ingest, or process through PyCore. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use, and do not retain data beyond what your legal obligations require.
6. Fair Use and Rate Limits
PyCore applies reasonable usage and rate limits to maintain platform stability and protect all customers. Automated or burst traffic that materially degrades service for others may be throttled, suspended, or escalated to your account team.
7. Security Responsibilities
Customers must protect account credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets; use strong authentication; and promptly report any suspected security incident to hello@veriright.com.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you believe PyCore is being used in violation of this Policy, please contact us at hello@veriright.com with as much detail as you can share.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action that is, in our reasonable judgment, appropriate — including warning the customer, throttling, suspending, or terminating access, removing offending content, and cooperating with law-enforcement requests where legally required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry practice. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
