Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PyCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable Use

- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or the systems on which they run.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Services, except as permitted by law.
- Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful or unlawful content.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without written permission from PyCore.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of any content, data, or material you submit to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant PyCore a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services for you.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by PyCore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, email providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and PyCore is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
8. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. PyCore may update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. PyCore may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Services becomes commercially unreasonable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYCORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
